These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of allysecure.com (the "Site"), operated by Ally Secure LLC ("Ally Secure," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Ally Secure's AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital trust advisory services, including an illustrative AI Governance Maturity Assessment. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a proposal, offer, or binding commitment to provide services.

3. No professional advice; no client relationship

Content on the Site, including the Maturity Assessment results, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, security, or other professional advice specific to your organization. No advisory, consulting, or client relationship is formed with Ally Secure through your use of the Site, through submission of an inquiry, or through completion of the assessment. A client relationship is established only through a separate, signed engagement agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site, other than standard search engine indexing.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, the Ally Secure shield mark, and underlying design and code, is owned by or licensed to Ally Secure and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.
